Did you know we launched 11 years ago in 2010? In the past decade of our business, we have seen a lot of positive changes in the green beauty space. More people are buying less, thinking about packaging, and are mindful about ingredients when shopping for their daily routines. In fact, there is less plastic packaging in general, and some companies are now choosing ocean-bound plastic.
For our part, we are continuing to simplify. This means paring down our line to the most essential items, thoughtfully adding new ones with even more minimal packaging and lovely ingredients, and modifying our existing line to remove plastic components like lids and pumps. We are excited to announce that the next product to make the transition to gorgeous metal lids will be our Face Balm. Starting in the summertime, this beauty will be plastic-free.
We are committed to making self-care items in a way that makes them better. To us this means versatile remedies that are built to be used over a lifetime of skin’s varying needs, which then return gently to the earth. When we choose green beauty, it impacts not just our own skin in positive ways but the health of the whole planet. We believe in these choices as ones we can all make to bring joy to our lives now, and to leave the planet in a better place for future generations.
