We all deserve little moments of indulgence after sustained hard work and stress. We find that our most meditative and restorative moments happen in the bath or just after with the help of body lotions, deeply hydrating butters, masks, and detoxifying scrubs. Here’s to cultivating peace and equity on the road ahead. Grace requires self-love and happy boundaries while we collectively create and sustain a new future. You are enough, so treat yourself like you would your best friend and check in.
Brew some tea. We find the calming vapors of lavender, chamomile, and lemon verbena are the ticket when we need to finally let our shoulders drop and unwind.
Take a dip! Squeeze a dropper or two of bath oil into the tub while the water is running for a moisturizing aromatherapeutic soak. Get in touch with your breath and reconnect with yourself.
Mask up! Smoothing on a face mask and allowing it time to set gives you permission to do nothing for a few blissful minutes. Close your eyes, and let your mind wander.
